Food Concept
The concept is based on a multi-sensory dining experiences.
Combining the Umami taste with calming photography, smooth sounds, the right aroma's and matching structures and materials will stimulate all your senses!
You can choose between two kinds of experiences, a sea theme based on seafood and a forest theme based on mushrooms.
After enjoying your 'bites', you wash your hand with a special developed scented soap. This soap creates an extra experience witch you can take home after your flight as a reminder.
